關(guān)于擴(kuò)大自助打印原產(chǎn)地證書范圍的公告

為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化口岸營商環(huán)境，促進(jìn)跨境貿(mào)易便利化，海關(guān)總署決定自2020年5月11日起，在原有15種自助打印原產(chǎn)地證書基礎(chǔ)上，增加輸印尼和新加坡的《中華人民共和國與東南亞國家聯(lián)盟全面經(jīng)濟(jì)合作框架協(xié)議》項(xiàng)下原產(chǎn)地證書以及輸印度的《亞洲—太平洋貿(mào)易協(xié)定》項(xiàng)下原產(chǎn)地證書為可自助打印證書。其他事項(xiàng)按海關(guān)總署2019年第77號(hào)公告執(zhí)行。

Announcement No. 63 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to further optimize the port business environment and promote the facilitation of cross-border trade, starting from may11,2020. the General Administration of Customs decided to increase the Certificate of Origin (CO)under the framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between China and the association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) for Indonesia and Singapore, and the Asia Pacific Trade Agreement for India as the self-printing certificate on the basis of the existing 15 self-service printed CO. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with the Announcement No. 77 of the General Administration of Customs in 2019.
