根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與智利農(nóng)業(yè)部關(guān)于中國從智利輸入馬的檢疫和衛(wèi)生要求議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的智利馬進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口智利馬檢疫衛(wèi)生要求（見附件）予以公布。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs and the Ministry of agriculture of Chile on the quarantine and health requirements of horses imported from Chile, Chilean horses meeting the relevant requirements are allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement. The quarantine and health requirements for imported Chilean horses (see Annex) are hereby promulgated.
