境外代表團(tuán)攜帶的涉及奧林匹克標(biāo)志專有權(quán)的物 品，同樣適用“自用、合理數(shù)量”原則，同時(shí)海關(guān)還將憑 北京冬奧組委出具的《自用清單》《自用證明》《自 用物資擔(dān)保函》等材料，為符合北京冬奧會(huì)實(shí)際需 要，在合理范圍內(nèi)的物品提供通關(guān)便利。超出自用、 合理數(shù)量，且無(wú)北京冬奧組委出具的相關(guān)證明材料 的，海關(guān)將按照《奧林匹克標(biāo)志保護(hù)條例》等相關(guān)規(guī) 定處理。
《海關(guān)總署關(guān)于發(fā)布〈北京2022年冬奧會(huì)和 冬殘奧會(huì)海關(guān)通關(guān)須知〉的公告》（海關(guān)總署公 告2021年第11號(hào)）：對(duì)于境外代表團(tuán)隨身攜帶 進(jìn)境的比賽器材、醫(yī)療器材等，按照北京冬奧會(huì) 實(shí)際需要，在合理范圍內(nèi)的，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)海關(guān)憑北京冬 奧組委出具的《自用清單》《自用證明》《自用 物資擔(dān)保函》等材料，提供通關(guān)便利。北京冬奧 組委需確保相關(guān)物資僅限于北京冬奧會(huì)使用且全 部復(fù)運(yùn)出境，并及時(shí)協(xié)助解決通關(guān)中遇到的問(wèn) 題。

In case of exceeding the reasonable amount for self use and without relevant supporting materials issued by the Committee, the Customs will deal with it in accordance with the regulations on the protection of Olympic symbols and other relevant provisions.
Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Issuing the instructions for Customs Clearance of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and winter Paralympic Games (Announcement No. 11 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021): for the competition equipment and medical equipment carried by overseas delegations into the country, according to the actual needs of Beijing Winter Olympic Games, within a reasonable range, The on-site Customs shall provide convenience for Customs Clearance with the "self use list", "self use certificate", "self use material guarantee letter" and other materials issued by the Committee, who needs to ensure that the relevant materials are limited to the use of the Beijing Winter Olympics and all of them are re transported out of the country, and assist in solving the problems encountered in Customs Clearance in a timely manner.
